the "key technology and application of 350km/h high-speed railway switch structure" project jointly conducted by crsbg and southwest jiaotong university research team was successfully completed, marking a major progress in china's high-speed railway technology. in particular, remarkable achievements have been made in the design, manufacturing and application of turnout structure, which not only improves the safety and stability of high-speed railway, but also lays a solid foundation for the independent innovation and design and manufacturing capability improvement of china's high-speed railway.

as an important participant in the cross-sea cluster project of the hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge, crsbg has undertaken the task of manufacturing 180,000 tons of steel structure. focusing on the research and application of key technologies of steel box girder manufacturing automation, research has been carried out on automatic plate unit welding technology, non-painting weathering steel welding, efficient welding technology, mini robot welding technology, etc., breaking the traditional steel bridge manufacturing mode, improving the level of automatic welding, and achieving the production requirements of "large-scale, industrialized production, standardized and assembled". comprehensively improve the manufacturing quality of steel box girders for the hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge. the robot welding technology was applied to the domestic steel bridge manufacturing field for the first time, and the first automatic production line of plate unit was built in china. for the first time in the manufacturing of china's large-span steel bridge using paint-free weathering steel welding technology, and obtained a number of invention patents, to ensure the manufacturing quality and construction period of hong kong-zhuhai-macao bridge, for china's steel bridge manufacturing technology and equipment to improve the leading demonstration role.

up to now, crsbg has won 3 second prizes of the national technological invention award and 5 national science and technology progress awards.
