on june 30, the opening ceremony of shenzhen-zhongshan cross-sea passage was held on the west artificial island of shenzhen-zhongshan cross-sea passage, marking the historic moment when the world-class cross-sea cluster project was officially put into use after seven years of hard construction.

shenzhen-zhongshan cross-sea passage is connecting shenzhen to zhongshan. it integrates "bridge, island, tunnel and underwater interworking". with a total length of 24 kilometers and eight lanes in both directions, the design speed is 100 km/h. it is currently the most difficult cross-sea cluster project in the world. as a major national project, the shenzhen to zhongshan cross-sea passage project has created a number of world and national first.

the g05 contract section of the shenzhen to zhongshan cross-sea passage project undertaken by crsbg includes: zhongshan bridge, approach bridge, non-navigable hole bridge in shoal area and wanqingsha overpass ramp bridge, with a total weight of about 92,000 tons of steel structure, which is the most extensive, the most complex structure and the largest engineering volume of the three steel box girder manufacturing sections.

crsbg actively explores the application of new technologies in zhongshan bridge intelligent manufacturing, and creates china's first large-scale steel structure intelligent production line, integrating intelligent equipment with information systems. the "five lines and one system" with intelligent plate cutting production line, intelligent plate unit welding production line, intelligent steel girder rod manufacturing production line, intelligent segment assembly production line, intelligent steel box girder painting production line and intelligent control system of workshop manufacturing execution as the core has been built to realize the industrialization and information production of steel box girder.
